Help static energy

Hi,

I have been meditating for a while now. Everyday I meditate about 45 mins on Father Satan. Since more than a week now I accumulate a lot of static energy. When I remove my clothes anybody around me can hear the static sparks and today I got a slight shock when I was removing my jacket. It does not matter what kind of clothes I wear.

Any help please?

Haha yeah... a possible side effect. You could try invoking a bit of water element, or maybe try programming yourself to not be staticky.

Or, it could simply be the air, dry from the season. It's good to look at all possibilities. I'm just throwing that out there.

You have a bit too much energy and no methods for reigning it in. Father Satan has powerful and stable energy, and he cares for us. Your body and soul may need some time to get use to it so you may want to take a day or two break from invoking his energy. I would either vent out some of the energy either through using it for a spell or through exhaling some of it out, or create an extra layer of energy right on you to keep the rest from escaping without your okay.
