help,on cleaning the aura

 hello, i cant really grab the concept of the light above you.can anybody tell me how they visualize the light above them.i have no more motivation to work and i get lazy and no motivation to meditate either.i know for a fact that i just need to clean my aura.please let me know how you guys do it any advice would be much appreciated.HAIL SATANAS!

try going out into the sunlight.

and breathe it in, and affirm it that it is cleansing your aura, making your aura be clean and healthy once more.
