Full Moon is great for dedication but you can do it anytime.

Listen to your instinct. This isn't a magic spell so astrological rules aren't so strict here. Do it when you feel the time is right.

Welcome. There is no specific day, time or place for dedicating to father. However, if you prefer, check out the day for lord Satan on the ToZ website. You can also check the panchang/almanac for an auspicious hour. You can dedicate on that day and time. And red candle is perfectly alright.

Hello friend,
Dedication Ritual in my opinion is good to do anytime and when i did i was quite new so i did not check almost anything back then, the only sure thing you must have is to be Completely Sure that you want to dedicate yourself to our Father Satan.
Now, if you want to check something more, check that the moon is not in its void course and if it is full moon also even better.
