help needed for a hex removal...

I think I've been hexed or something and it has inhibited my ability to think my own thoughts. It seems to have originated from a Buddhist spirit who now follows me around closely. His energy appears to be heavy and dark in "colour" i.e. negative in nature. 
So, maybe you are reading this and thinking I am most likely crazy but I have seen spirits since I was a child and I understand that others see them too and to a greater extent than I do so maybe someone of a more developed spiritual nature could help me with this? i.e. tell me how I remove this hex? (or whatever it is).
Any constructive info is appreciated

Also... wiccan's or exorcists haven't been much help to me since this happened. I very much wanted to go down a path of being nice to everyone and forgiveness in general. I feel that this line of thought however has resulted in a high amount of emotional suppression.

*If* even that thing is possible. Because it's practically impossible to love everyone. I've seen those jew agers who preach to "project love and compassion to your enemies" look like drones and zombies and I rarely see them express joy and other strong emotions. They literally look like their masters, the greys. Somebody said that if you suppress the "negative" emotions, you can't really express the positive ones because both types of emotions are dualistic parts and connected, you can't have one without the other.

Hi Anakin, I can see him (the spirit) sometimes in my perriferal vision and he is dressed as a Buddhist monk. I was very keen on visiting Buddhist meditation groups and a certain local Buddhist monastery in the past, so there maybe a connection there. A few years ago I had a night of mass hallucinations where the same spirit touched my head and I felt a presence afterwards that enveloped my mind and I've felt not myself ever since. I see him following me around sometimes plus a few other spirits. One I recognise from when I was younger who I saw on and off. He seems to be a relative of mine who I didn't know because he died before I was born. A medium made a very convincing case for him potentially being my grandfather. I've had problems with mild possession before. Something I refer to as 'brain freeze' was a real issue as well but this thing on me now is in a different league. It's so powerful and alive. If you have ever suffered from brain freeze in the past where a ghost is freezing your train of thought then I seriously advice supplementing your diet with very large amounts of vitamin C and avoiding all saturated fats. Maybe this sounds dumb or a very strange idea for a cure but in my experience it really is effective. Same thing if the ghosts are able to move you involuntarily.
