Hey guys I just joined. I tried this about two years ago then I kinda just stopped so my question is what should i do to start with

Hi, you "tried" what 2 years ago ? Did you dedicate or just looked around ?
Start by dedicating and the 40 days program of HP Cobra.
Read the JOS website it has the info and very useful links.

I'm not looking to be judgmental but what does that even mean "I kinda just stopped" ? Like it just happened and you had no control over it or what ?! Do some willpower working if you lack that
