Hello , I'm new in satanism. I have already learnt everything, but still have some questions. Now I want to ask about summoning. Firstly when I call Marbas it was without any result . Today after mess I want to call him , I hope he will hear me. But can somebody advise me something ? Are there some another rules ? I still have not my guardian. Sometimes I ask Father about it, but I don't have any answer. Sorry if my English is bad) Hail Satan . Nice Samhain.

I’m trying to dedicate my soul to Satan and in the ritual it says to use black, red, or blue candles. I do not have any of those colors. Is it okay if I use a different color rather than those ones? I am underage so I can’t go out and buy them by myself.

Yes,  you can use any other candle color. Just don't use the candles that come in glass pillars with Jesus, Mary or archangels on it, obviously. 
Satan understands our situations. If you are Gentile (non-Jew) and are sincere and honest in your dedication ritual, he will accept your dedication.

FATHER is very understanding. Any candle will do but you can't say "So mote it be." Even if you do say that, father is still very understanding.

Why in the world can't they say "so mote it be" when it's literally instructed in JoS website to do so?? Where did you get this information from?

Changing the candle color doesn't magically change the instructions of the ritual.
