I think you should seek information through Satan first as it's better safe than sorry when it comes to supposed 'gods'. He'd be able to direct you to further information and you could find out if this individual is actually a friend or foe in disguise. Just get into a meditative state, visualize and focus on Satan's sigil and then ask who this individual is and if he can help you to communicate with them further.

Afterwords keep your eyes open for any coincidences, signs, articles, information, images and try to logically piece things together to come up with the answers given to you. You could also try vibrating the word itself RAUM and see if you feel anything in particular.
