Help, I have a cold in my bones

This has been going on for several years. I used to think that it was the poor circulation due to the sedentary stroke of life and I compensated for this by doing sports, but on rest days this condition returned, then I started training every day and for a while everything was fine until I started to freeze literally during the training, when I concentrate sometimes there is cold in the bones, Also, this problem is the only one that prevents me from meditating

Have you seen a doctor about this? A blood test would seem appropriate?

If you are not already start doing kundalini yoga and especially Breath of Fire. I would also highly recommend seeing a well practiced Traditional Chinese Medicine Doctor. You could also try eating foods that cause a heat reaction, Your body sounds like it's not able to heat itself up properly, I am not a doctor but I can only recommend things that have helped me personally. Try doing foundation meditation or energy meditation.
