help for a spiritual program

I apologize, but I don't know how to formulate a spiritual program and I would need guidance.

I would like to work specifically on the chakras to empower them and their extensions.

Plus some meditations to attract money, but now, with the moon waning, I don't know if that's possible.

I would also like to add a ritual to break the negativities and habits that are holding me back.
