HELLOW MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS (A WORD OF ADVIVCE PLEASE)

Can someone help me ,I've been a Dedicated traditional satanist for 3 years and I've been reading on the JOS website and meditating but only Energy meditations ,and I feeling its been way past time since I should of been working on enlightening my self spiritualy and working on my charkras ,so I want to push my self a lot more to reach god god head for myself and to finish what our true creator wanted to finish on all of us ,so I was reading on opening the 3RD EYE but I don't get how to Vibrate THOTH well I don't know If I'm doing it right ,can someone help me with abit more understanding on how to open the 3RD EYE.

It is pretty easy to understand the explination on the site. And honestly can't be explained any simpler.

The only other thing I can suggest is to buy the CD going through the Opening Meditations to help understand.

If you're a little more specific about what you're having trouble with maybe we can try help more.
