I posted a little bit about this in another thread, but I just need to clarify a few things. What does it mean to see symbols within one's third eye? One such symbol is a cross often with an X going through it. It changes as well.

Aside from that, what do the three triangles represent? It is one on top of two, with an inverted one in the middle, as seen in those Zelda games.

Also, tinnitus. I've asked different sources, but is it chakra related by any chance?

I am going to start excercising in a way that tones my body and strengthens the core, to make way for other proper activities. I've been putting it off for too long.
