hi everyone-it's interesting being in on the ground floor of a new group especially since it has many experenced members in it-at least with this group the advise will be much more helpful.
I'm just curious if anyone has experenced this before-the feeling/sensing of a ball of energy-one where the head and neck meet, another in front of the back extention of the heart chakra and the last one(not as strongly snensed as the others)in the lower back region close to the tailbone.
I am reading up on the opening of the watchtowers and i'll have to modify it cause i can't do the chants-grandma being a light sleeper-so i'll just draw in a lot of energy into the chakras.I also keep hearing the word Key in my head when i think about these balls of energy.
Any advise?
