Simply say vibrate or chant the letters it doesn't matter a lot. Look to how they are pronounced in the mp3 or on the bottom of the page. You can do the final Ritual part as many reps as you want multiples of 9 recommended however do not change the numbers on Tetra or shattering.
On the tetra you say chant or vibrate each pronunciation of the letters used in that line First 3 times then 6 then 9 then the final letter 12 times. Try to visualize the barrier breaking down or silence or nothing. If you have issues visualizing just feel silence and nothing for a few seconds. We are trying to manifest nothing as in this not being there. So spend a few seconds to half a minute doing this whatever you like. I found it personally a little more powerful spending more time feeling silence and nothing and visualizing the barrier break down to be honest up to 20 to 30 seconds. That doesn't however mean it is for everyone as we are all individual.
Then say the affirmation 10 times and the aum once.
The Shattering doesn't take a lot of explanation. This really only needs to be added once a day but some do it each Ritual session.
With the final Ritual or tetra Crossing out the letters you can do it after each one or near the end all at once if you can't be in front of the screen the whole time. It doesn't appear to make a huge difference to me. But the shattering one it is more important to cross things out as you go along.
