What is good for helping lower and regulating blood pressure and heart disease?
1. Healthy diet, reduce the consumption of saturated fats (processed foods), increase the intake of fruits and veggies, avoid full-fat dairy products, eat lean meats, fish and nuts. In general, eating foods with potassium helps.
Also, garlic consumption reduces blood pressure.
Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid reduces blood pressure.
