Can someone explain this to me? I saw a post also asking about it but I can't seem to find it now.
So what exactly is meant by this? When I meditate I focused on the heart chakra in my chest so what is meant by the Heart is in the head not he chest?
It's in the King and Queen meditati

Is is just the symbol or is the emotion of the heart in the head? I'm just a little confused! Thanks in advance!

The heart/chest chakra (anahata) does not rule emotions. It's merely a neutral connector between the upper and lower chakras, ruled by Mercury.
The heart is the shape formed in the head when Ida and Pingala meet.

The heart is so commonly used as a symbol of emotions in the world of those Without. Which is confusing, as it isn't. Its neutral, as has been explained by Alec.

The seat of emotions is in the throat Chakra. Think of how when you feel a strong emotion, you get 'choked up'. You feel it in your throat.
