The gong sound is normal, and also feelings of shaking, vibrating, buzzing, jerking. This is all of your bioelectricity/kundalini serpent. Electricity buzzes and vibrates. I found an explanation in the Book of Thoth :

Does this mean my Kundalini is beginning to rise? After I read that
explanation, suddenly the bell sounds stopped immediately.
A friend (she's xian) told me it's not a good thing it's a bad omen.
Church bell sounds mean death, she said.
I wasn't hearing Church bell sounds, but small bell sound.
Anyone ever experience the same? Please help me, enlight me! So far the
explanation I give myself that it's related to Kundalini.
