The gong sound is normal, and also feelings of shaking, vibrating, buzzing, jerking. This is all of your bioelectricity/kundalini serpent. Electricity buzzes and vibrates. This was symbolized by the bee hive [original freemasonry which was of Satan] and also the bee stinger [Egyptian] seen in the rear headress of Tutankhamen and others.

Many of us have experienced jerking involuntarily when falling asleep, this is also a surge of the bioelectricity, even for those who do not meditate [average people].

I often heard a sound like a gong and my body sort of startles or sort of
jerks slightly for no reason. I am usually laying down meditating when
this happen. I will often feel like my whole body is vibrating inside then
jerks. It is not apparent from the outside.

This is normal. Many people experience this sort of thing. The bell is not
originally xian. Everything of xianity is stolen and false. The bell is
also used to open formal Satanic Rituals. The significance of the bell is the
concept of reverberation. For example, when we vibrate mantras, etc., when
this is done enough times consistently for a specific purpose, the mantra
becomes a part of and vibrates through our entire being. Sound is one of the
most effective ways of putting our desires into the ether to manifest in
material results in the real world.

Below are some of the sounds one can hear form the chakras when in deep
meditation, but there are many more. The bell is not a 'bad omen.'

I've been hearing them for the past 1,5 hours. Sometimes they seem far
away, sometimes just right next to me. FYI last night I did my Enochian keys
   before I sleep.

What does it mean? Seems the sounds came from the astral plane. They are
   so clear.

I found an explanation in the Book of Thoth :

During the ascent of these serpent energies up the spine to the centre
of the head, the individual while going through this supposed
enlightenment process, will hear sounds similar to the sounds the
Sistrum makes âââ‰â¬Å" i.e., rattle sounds like tambourine bells and sounds
like a bell-tree being stroked. One will also hear sounds like a
âââ¬ÃÅ"rattle snakeâââ‰â¢ and also whistles and flute-like instruments.
   Underlying
these sounds is a very low and strong rumbling sound which fades-in at
first and gets louder and louder as the process proceeds culminating in
the bright, white light explosion in the centre of the head. The
Sistrum then may have been a symbol of this experience.

Does this mean my Kundalini is beginning to rise? After I read that
explanation, suddenly the bell sounds stopped immediately.

A friend (she's xian) told me it's not a good thing it's a bad omen.
Church bell sounds mean death, she said.

I wasn't hearing Church bell sounds, but small bell sound.

Anyone ever experience the same? Please help me, enlight me! So far the
explanation I give myself that it's related to Kundalini.
