how about empowering ur heart chakra on a daily basis,from my experience in healing,urs is of the heart chakra,there many way the full chakra meditation,or u take a part of it,in case u r new to power meditation.like only do the pranayam or vibration. the gebo meditation using the runic kaabala,combining several runes or if ur new,just one is my suggestion. there certain asanas in kundalini yoga that empower the heart chakra. using the venus kabaalistic square,i didnt use this yet,ask the group for more info. do the breathing technique for the base chakra,best done with the perinium lock,instead of the energy going back to ur base,empower the heart with the lifeforce energy.
u could summon venus or any demon/ess of healingn work with the venus square at the same time i think lol,i write too much already,good luck.

if so valefor is the demon of healing. but honestly you should do natural healing it works alot. good luck. cayenne pepper and water is GREATLY guaranteed to heal you. take a glass of cayenne pepper everyday for a week or two. it helps a whole lot!!!
