hey, ok well i want to make a thoughtform to heal someone, how would i go about doing that? suppose the heart or solar plexus chakra i can use! i really would like to make a SOLAR THOUGHTFORM from the sun how can i go about doing that. any assistance and advice would be appreciated. sun is very powerful woul love to use that
