headaches

last night i tried openening my palm, heart,sacral,feet,shoulder,hip,temple, crown clairvoyance and clairaudience chakras and now i have a pretty big headache is this from trying to open the chakras? (pretty sure i succeeded in quite a few of them as i can feel them when my head isnt hurting as much) im planning on resting a few days of just minor meditations

Yes, you shouldn't over-load yourself with so many meditations, what's the rush? patience is a virtue, along with dedication and consistency.
