Also, it may help to practice throughout the day with mundane household
items. Say, a bouncy ball, a roll of toilet paper, a soda can, a pencil,
etc. Start with simple things that don't have a lot of details such as the
roll of toilet paper then move to harder things like the soda can, try to
see as many details as possible (the soda name, the ingredients list, etc.)
Remember, if you start to get frustrated, take a small break. For me
anyway, getting frustrated with myself only serves to make the task that
much harder to accomplish and NEVER tell yourself "I can't" YOU CAN DO
ANYTHING, you just need to practice. It's like telling a newborn human they
can't walk. They CAN, they just haven't practiced yet.

Hope this helps,
and good luck! Hail Satan! Hail Stolas! Hail the Mighty Gods of Duat!

I suggest you affirm to yourself "I have excellent visualisation skills"
like 30 times a day as anything you continuously affirm will be imprinted
onto the soul. I have been doing this recently and it is definetely
working, but remember you can't just state affirmations and let your mind
wander, you must focus.
