Is there any way I can practice Satanisn without a permanently binding dedication ritual? Not sure I feel ready to make permanent decisions without doing more than just reading about it.

You will never be able to get any personal information of the HP's for obvious reasons. As for yourself it is not wise to give out any personal information to anyone on the groups. There are groups of friend with in the groups and if they decide to contact you or are fine with you messaging them. You make your own choices but unless you trust someone it is unwise to just give out the info like it doesn't matter because it does.
