Hatred and love advice please

I have made so many enemy's in my life time, I can say I hate some. But I have been in a sense been absorbing negative energy right?? Like if I just let those emotions go and l love my enemy's what will that do to my heart Chakra will this be a good idea??

I think you need to read up on the chakra's again, the updated information (The throat chakra is the emotional chakra and the Solar plexus chakra is the powerhouse of the soul, the heart chakra is neuter and serves mainly as a connector). It should be under the updates section, my internet is currently being uncooperative.

It has more meanings but this is one it reminds me of. Keep your gaurd strong. It is a tactic the enemy uses guilt and sympathy to try and take your gaurd down to feel sorry for them. Lately, I have a bunch of particularly annoying godbots trying to extend an olive branch, so to speak. But experience has shown me they know nothing but betrayal and deception.
