I know there a lot of different exercises that fall under these two headings as well as Tai-chi the 5 Tibetans and so forth... personally I have a morning/daytime practice of kundalini yoga and an evening practice of Hatha Yoga my question is based on the importance of these exercises... is one type better than the other? Is one more important than the others? I know that yoga as a whole is VERY important I just want to be sure that I'm getting the maximum benefit from my time spent with these practices... any advice or personal experiences anyone could share would be very appreciated...
