Wishing all my Spiritual Family here a very happy Halloween :)

Samhain is the last of the harvest festivals, and a time to honor the dead. The veil between the astral and physical is thinner, and divination is easier. The Moon is waxing and will be in Pisces (check the calendar for your location, as the Moon will be VoC in Aquarius for a while in some locations). This will enhance all meditation and divination pursuits. I highly recommend all members to take advantage of the powerful energy of this day to receive guidance from your Guardian Daemon.

Symbols include pumpkins, cauldrons, brooms, acorns. Colors are Black and Orange, black rules new beginnings and knowledge of hidden things, and orange rules creativity and change. Tarot, Ouija boards, spirit communication are all linked to this holiday.

Bonfires are traditional at this time of year, representing the Sun and burning away the dross of the soul. If you can't have a bonfire and don't have access to a fireplace, you can at least light a candle while you meditate. You can do a spiritual deep cleaning, or ask your GD for guidance on a particular aspect of your soul to purify.

If any of you have lost a loved one, you can honor them during this day and any time through November. Look at photographs of them, remember the good times you had, and any lessons you feel you should learn from your relationship with them. Allow yourself to grieve, and feel yourself healing again.

You can also watch any Halloween-themed movies with your family or friends. For those who live in a country that celebrates this holiday, you can drive or walk around town looking at the decorations and people's costumes.

From my post last year:

"Halloween is depicted in modern times as being more and more about horror and gore. The enemy throws all this in to insult our Gods and scare people away from spirituality and the occult. Halloween is supposed to be about magick, witchcraft, jack-o-lanterns, broomsticks, the occult, spirit communication. Anything a bit spooky with ghosts and shivers down the spine is perfectly fine, but not the outright gore and sick horror that is pushed these days.

This has always been a time associated with witches, magick, the occult, and divination.

A lot of people have a family tradition of eating specific candy/chocolate/cookies while watching a movie they've seen as a child. My mother used to make cookies that were shaped and colored like jack-o-lanterns, they tasted awful but we ate them anyway because Halloween just wasn't the same without them, lol."

For those of you who have not yet dedicated to Zeus, this is a great time to do so.

Happy Halloween!

Thank you so much, dearest HPS Lydia.

The atmosphere I feel during this time is magical, it's always given me special feelings.

Bare trees, colorful leaves on the ground, pumpkins, the scent of burning wood wafting from the fireplaces. Fantastic, Happy Samhain to you and your family too!

Thank you, High Priestess, and a blessed Samhain to all our family!

Where I live, more and more have I seen the aesthetics of the Halloween season become a bigger deal. It's so obvious that everyone loves the vibe, as if it almost comes natural to them, and yet they cannot understand why. Despite everything that has happened, the ancient religion still obviously exists strongly in the hearts and minds of so many.

I'm sure I'm not alone in feeling this is my favourite time of year, so I hope you all have a wonderful Samhain.

Thank you HPS Lydia.
"Halloween is depicted in modern times as being more and more about horror and gore"
This exactly how Mongolia and the East in general perceives Halloween, but most of these people never even read a single article on wikipedia let alone a wiccan article about Halloween. Socal issues aside, I'll probably frequent my family shaman on the 31st or on 1st november as per usual.

Happy halloween/samhain to our Zevist family.
Hail Zeus, Hail Tengri

Happy Samhain everyone! May you all enjoy this Sacred Holiday with your loved ones!

Happy Samhain brothers and sisters! Being Irish I would like to inform everyone that Samhain is an Irish word and it is pronnounced "SAH-WHEN" or "SOWYN"
Sow as in Sow, a female pig
And Wyn, as in Gwyn, the Welsh word for white :)

Happy Samhain to our beloved family.

As the veil thins, may our connection to our Gods grow ever stronger. May we celebrate many more Halloweens together for years to come, and may our family continue to grow in strength and number.

Happy Halloween to you High Priestess, and to all Zevists!🎃🖤✨
I hope to connect more with my Guardian Demon – and I'm really in the mood to make some pumpkin soup.🥰

Happy Samhain Dear Zevist Family!
Thank you for the beautiful post High Priestess Lydia, 🎃

Be Blessed on this wonderful day!
