They are two separate rituals, you don't perfom/mix them simaltaniously. Those 72 & 42 Rituals are the most powerful and crucial ones but you can add the others if your time permits you to do so.
Find time to meditate so you can raise more energy and do the Rituals.

No. Read the discription of them. It clearly says the amount if times you should vibrate each paragraph.



Its not that I want to say much but I dont think answering these questions is worth anyones time.

@taolAs far as I'm aware, the paragraphs can be vibrated a multiple of the number stated, too, if one has the extra time. So the 42 Rituals paragraph could be vibrated 6, 12, 18, 24, etc.  amounts of time. For example, due to the necessary time inbetween seperate rituals, I am unable to do more than one Ritual during Monday - Friday. But I can (barely) do the 42 Ritual for 18 reps. I count this as 3 Rituals worth of warfare, so by using this method I did the same Ritual 3 times in less time than it would've taken to do 2 seperare ones. This is very time efficient for anyone who has a cramped schedule like I do.  
If I remember correctly, I have also read of voiceofenki (hopefully I'm not confusing him with someome else lol) vibrating the 72 Rituals paragraph 72 times. I also like to vibrate the 42 Rituals paragraph 42 times (on weekends), as I feel like it fits the Ritual pretty well.
