I'm not sure where you got that you need to do that. There're no "blood offerings here". Blood can be used as empowerment for magickal sigils or in the dedication as it's your DNA and personal signature, but the Gods have nothing to do nor demand it. You probably have enemy misconception about Satanism, blood sacrifices are of the jews, the enemies of Satan.
