Guardian Demon? URGENT.

I truly do need to now how to contact my guardian demon. It has been several years since my dedication and i have consistently felt their presence, but have no way to contact them. I am 18, and believe my puberty to be interfering with my ability to fall into a trance. I cannot seem to do so, either i fall asleep, or i jolt awake before anything happens.

Can anyone offer advice on my guardian demon and/or getting into a trance?

I don't think puberty would have anything to do with that.

I find it impossible to meditate if I can't/don't get enough sleep at night.

Try getting a full night sleep with no interruptions while you're sleeping.
