Om is also a mantra of the Sun, it is not a corruption. For certain mantras, Om is preferable

It does interfere if the person starting the group ritual was when the moon was VOC. The rituals where started when the moon was not in VOC. So the rest of people, they can start it at any time.

Say "OM" as indicated in the Ritual. There is both AUM and OM vibrated in this Ritual; you will see they are spelled differently. OM relates more to the Sun. AUM is the foundational mantra of creation and the Mantra of Lord Paimon Brihaspati.

oh ok, yeah I saw they were misplelled and wasn't sure if it was a mistake. I always thought "om" was a bastardisation of "aum" but I didn't know it was linked to the sun. Thanks for the clarification!
