Graphene oxide question

Just a quick question. Been seeing a lot online that it's rumored that not only is graphene oxide in the vaccine but it's being added to all of our foods and water. Is that a lie meant to spread fear or is it true and if so, what should we do to protect ourselves from eating or drinking any products containing the stuff? I hear in high doses it's toxic.
