Going into trans

Hi all,
I would like some help here.
Few months ago I managed to go into deep trans few times, the best feelings ever and would like to know why it is hard for me to do it again?
Can anyone tell me if they ever see the demons?
From what i read and believe, demons are there to help us and to show us the right way of life.
Can perhaps anyone give me the names of some demons that i can call upon?
I really appreciate if some one could help me with some info
