ghost,spirits and poltergeists

what are the take on these? ghost spirits and poltergeist are the just fucking with us? can the hurt/attack us?

I heard poltergeist can physically hurt you and human spirits can't. I've dealt with a few spirits. My last was my friend who commited suicide and came to visit or more like to make noises at night and I could sense he was there and I just lite him a candle and asked him to leave. Just ask them to leave. I think there's a little boy in our house still but we don't mind him as long as he minds his own bussiness.

I was using a pendulum yesterday and today the door is opening and shutting by itself. Im not scared. I know it will not hurt me. Yesterday i heard the floor creaking by my bed and for some reason i was able to sleep better. And last night after the pendulum i saw the light in the bathroom go on and off. And whenever i am in the living room the light flickers on and off. I find it interesting.
