Zeus helps all of his loyal followers, but truly showers blessing upon the ones that help themselves. work on you. do self-examination, watch what you do, note what and when it is, maybe even why. meditation is for the mind what jogging and working out is for the body. do all of those (though probably not all at the same time, at least at first) Work on not only your own body and mind, but also work on your spirit and your will. No one gets stronger by sitting around doing nothing.
