There is a book I can recommend to you I have the experience with the crystals to back the information in the book. I happen to own crystals of many sorts myself or various reasons, I do not use them for magick as this is useless, but the crystals themselves have to each one particular properties that help with whatever it may be.

I will put up a link to the book so that it makes it easier to find.

Amazon.com: The Crystal Bible (0074994512238): Judy Hall: Books  I happen to own this book and it is very useful. Again though, crystals aren't very effective for magical purposes but have many other useful purposes.

I disagree, I love using crystals to help give my magic and meditations a little boost. I have used them in gris gris bags, candle magic, and even the RTRs. Crystals alone have very little power, but combined with a strong intention, they can be very useful.

In addition, they are so visually pleasing and comforting! All the pretty colors! They remind me of the Earths natural beauty and my duty as an SS to defend her.

The I think the important thing to remember is to never completely depend on them. As we continue to spiritually advance, they aren't really necessary.
