Hey JoS fam, can someone explain to me how i vibrate Gaum?

The way you would pronounce an exaggerated Y, you would with G. Vibrate the G sound so it resonates in the back of your throat, there you should feel the vibration hit your pineal. The rest of the syllables are standard.
