I read that before I open my SIXTH chakra, I must first completely open my THIRD eye. Now, I've already completed the third eye awakening but, it says I must also meditate on it daily to get the energy flowing. So how do I know it's COMPLETELY open and the energy is flowing?????

You'll see things and feel some pressure. You'll know just keep going or move to its lower counter part. The Solar Plexus, that could help.
