Full Spectrum Meditation (From Azazel)

First of all, start by cleaning your aura and chakra's thoroughly.

Then, visualise all of your chakra's and aura together, this may take
some time to get right, but essential to this meditation.

When you are able to do this, breathe red energy into your base
chakra, whilst still holding the image of your chakra's and aura in
your mind. Practice this on each of your chakra's in turn, using the
colour of that chakra (this can include any and all chakra's that you
wish to use, bit the more you use the harder the meditation will be).
It will probably take time to get this right, but as I said, it is
essential to the meditation.

Then, when you can do that, breathe the red energy into your base
chakra on your inhale, and then on the exhale breathe that red energy
from your chakra into your aura, visualising both the chakra and your
aura getting brighter and stronger as you do. Practice this on each
chakra in turn, holding the image of the chakra's and your aura
together whilst you do it.

After you are confident with this, and your ability to hold the image
of your aura and chakra's together in your mind, start breathing
energy into all of your chakra's simultaneously, and then on the
exhale breathe it out as pure golden-white light from your chakra's
into your aura, visualising both getting brighter and stronger from
it.

When you are confident in your ability to do this, try breathing in
the light of the sun into your chakra's, and then breathing out that
into your aura, from what i can tell, it's effect is greatly
amplified.

I have noticed several effects from this meditation
My chakra's seem to operate together a lot more since doing this
meditation, and to take up a lot more energy on their own.
It also empowers your aura greatly, and most attacks seem to bounce
off after doing this for about a month, 30 mins a day.

I personally recommend straight after this meditation doing either
the single or twin serpent meditation, as this is when it has been
most effecvtive for me.It appears to have set up a rather large
energy uptake, but as has been said before, everyone's unique!

This is just a side note, but has anybody got any information on
Mephistopheles? I asked my pendulum who my guardian demon was, and
that's who it said. Unfortunately the only info i can find on him is
that he features in "The Tragic History of Dr. Faustus".

day, nearly every day, studying. Managing five groups, which total close to
9,000 people isn't easy- I don't try to come across as big or bad. Just

into your aura, from what i can tell, it's
effect
is
greatly
amplified.

I have noticed several effects from this
meditation My
chakra's seem to operate together a lot more
since
doing
this
meditation, and to take up a lot more energy
on
their
own.
It also empowers your aura greatly, and most
attacks
seem
to
bounce
off after doing this for about a month, 30
mins a
day.

I personally recommend straight after this
meditation
doing
either
the single or twin serpent meditation, as
this is
when
it
has
been
most effecvtive for me.It appears to have set
up
a
rather
large
energy uptake, but as has been said before,
everyone's
unique!

This is just a side note, but has anybody got
any
information
on
Mephistopheles? I asked my pendulum who my
guardian
demon
was,
and
that's who it said. Unfortunately the only
info i
can
find
on
him
is
that he features in "The Tragic History of
Dr.
Faustus".
