what i found is that instead of doing a full chakra meditation you should do  a raum meditation then spin your chakras,its more positively stimulating for metry it out and tell me what you think

Maybe if youre just trying to raise energies then maybe, yeah. But if youre really trying to empower your soul and evolve, the blocks and knots need to be cleared from the chakras. Meaning that the chakras extensions all need to be worked on and empowered/unblocked. This creates the free pathway for the serpent to ascend.

Raum meditation is just to raise energies and empowers the whole soul, so this is good for when youre doing a working or want to empower the 4 quarters of the soul.

But the chakras extensions and blocks need to be cleared too, so full chakra meditation still needs to be done.

Do not assume that every spiritual entity you encounter is a Demon. There are malicious entities that prey on humans and will do anything to scare people away from Satan. @...5h3r, people with gibberish alpha-numeric usernames can be legitimate. In one case, member Goldenage18 from the JoS forums posted in the Yahoo Groups and he was given a 30 character long, gibberish, alpha-numeric username. It may be a problem with Yahoo's setup of their Yahoo Groups account.
