Needless to say there are many „valid statements“ that can get you into serious trouble. If anyone is to have Facebook, don't even login from the same browser into Facebook and anything else, let alone anything "Conspiracy" based.

Download Brave browser for your phone, or something similar, and log into Facebook from this. Keep the two entirely separate.

As for any other searching etc, use Tor Browser mobile, or another browser.
