Hello, I want to delete my account because I opened it with a random email the first time since I didn’t want to use my real one. Now I’d like to create a new account with my personal email.

You can change your email, username... in your "Account Details" settings

It's actually better to use your "random" email, for privacy reasons. You can create another one on Proton mail and change it in the settings. There's no need to delete your account.
