Friendly Reminder : Aura of protection.

Basically i have been meditating 3 hours everyday almost, and a day ago i got ill, i got so ill i could not work out anymore or even lie in bed for a trance , i was coughing and all that stuff, and that is when i realized the improtance of the aura of protection , this meditation is a MUST and everyone should be doing it everyday! do not postpone this meditation or leave it , you must do it , its really important the benefits from this meditation are amazing, just 7 minutes everyday will keep you happy and healthy .
it is not fun to be in a place where you cannot get out of bed because you are sick.
this is what HP maxine said in her latest sermon :In closing, from what I have been seeing in regards to what is happening with the planets, everyone should begin building a powerful aura of protection. This must be repeatedly programmed into the soul, preferably after raising your powers through meditation. It should be done every day. A good affirmation to use:
"I am always safe, secure, protected, and healthy in every way." 
Visualize a brilliant white-gold light [the most powerful for protection and good health] engulfing your entire being while affirming the above. 
Ideally, this should be affirmed 108 times daily with a Satanic rosary for 40-80 days.

Now this one, I have been wondering about. Do I do it like a normal aura of protection, or do I just engulf myself with intense white gold light, and then state the affirmation 108 times into the white gold light/aura?

you engulf yourself with light like the sun and sate an affirmation 108 times after your aura of protection
i have found to state the affirmation and do 108 breaths of aura of protection to be really effective and bthis made me feel better instantly , glowing whitegold feels good
