I am new to Satanism, I want to ask how Satan has and how long it takes to receive the request.

You may want to open yourself more by meditating yourself. Also remember that Gods speak to us through various means.

And also remember that as Satanists we shouldn't go with every little thing to Satan. If it is something minor, try to handle it yourself.
