Forum (ancient-forums) Server Error SSL handshake failed Error code 525

When you try to reach the forum with www.ancient-forums.com you get this error.
When you use only ancient-forums.com it works.

Same with https://ancient-forums.com/ works.
https://www.ancient-forums.com/ does not work.

Our IT guys should be abel to fix this.

NG Maelstrom advised in the Temple chat to remove the "WWW" when someone faced the same issue.
