What this means is, instead of PAYING the jews to LET THEM STEAL OUR MONEY, they want us to pay MORE for the privilege to be robbed blind with this massive debt scam!
zero interest rate means, we pay the jews to print FAKE MONEY and LOAN IT to the government AT INTEREST.
negative interest rates mean the same thing only MULTIPLIED.

And remember, the federal reserve and IRS were ILLEGALLY ratified on december 23,1913 by high traitor Woodrow Wilson and the jews also sank the titanic to kill the politicians on board who would have shut down the bill.
Congress had already declared the fed unconstitutional earlier that year in 1913 so woodrow wilson waited until congress was on holiday and "ratified" it anyway without the presence or approval of congress!

Negative interest rates would have the exact opposite affect on the debt that an actual interest rate would have.

What Bernanke is proposing is his kike buddies actually give the cattle.a.break - which they'd never do anyway.

Negative interest rates DO NOT mean we would be paying.more in.interest rates. We would, in fact be getting paid ( nationally speaking) to use their money.

The real issue here, though, is not the interest rate for borrowing money from the fed. The real issue here is, having to borrow the money from a private bank at all.

Abolish the fed. Throw the fucking jews out, no matter what they offer.

Didn't Japan just do this with their banks? Negative interest on bank loans? Heard about it but that was the end of it. (would have been in the past few days)
