Greetings to everyone in our Zevist family,
As the Temple of Zeus evolves, we are becoming a stronger organization for the sake of everyone. Going forward it's important we have certain formal implementations to make sure that all needs and all requests are handled properly [a task increasingly more difficult as we grow].
It's not unusual that when people might face certain issues, there are approaches that are not effective. For example, one sees something wrong or they don't approve of something, resulting in a rant or whatever of the sort. That is not the way to communicate and it does not help anywhere nor the doer or the receiving end. That's venting and that's totally understandable, but it's not improving.
We are aware there are quite a few issues, and as we grow we will address them better with time [that's the aim]. For this to happen, we need clarified feedback, recommendation, solution. This should be done via a form below. As it should be in all matters, the older the member, the greater the contribution, and the most accurate the assesment, the more it will be taken in consideration.
It's rational that if someone is a part of this, and they have something accurate to say, to actually promote this in a logical manner to us. Logical meaning that it's solution oriented and not just negative talking or related. That's how it was operating in the Ancient World as well. As Zevists we are people with mind and in the spiritual path and not just like the people on the outside, we must use that intelligence we are given and the standard we have in order to improve.
[B]Serious inquiry = serious treatment = solution. Solution is what we are after, never bickering. There will also be an internal re-organization of these affairs with new platforms and other topics, so people can know they will be heard and also those who do their Dharma for the Gods and the Community in this place have rules of operation. Rules = Safety = Effectiveness = Order and not Chaos.
Question: Can this form be sent about a person? - Better not, but if you do this, make sure you have points. That's not a gossip form. Unless it represents a viral danger to the Community or others, it must be used and sent in wisdom. Slander, attacks or accusations that are baseless about Zevists cannot be taken seriously unless truly serious. The person must be of serious danger to others and/or problematic, and not someone learning or adjusting or still learning the ropes. Use the tools wisely as one's word is defined by quality input. More quality input = stronger voice.

There is also a document for one's CV. CV stands for Curriculum Vitae; ie, what one has done for the Temple in their time. That can be used to strengthen one's case. It's not necessary.
