FLUORIDE WATER

does anybody know any water that doesnt have fluoride in it?does tap water have fluoride in it?i havent drank water in about a month or two because of the dam fluoride.thank you for your time please reply .

<td val[/IMG]bottled water has to be marked if it has flouride in it. if you like in the united states and dont live on a well all public water has to have flouride to some degree in it. i learned this from the dentist when my little grls teeth started to rot away when we moed to a house that had a well. well water has no flouride public water does and bottle water will not have it unless marked flouride added. at least thats how it is in illinois and most of the usa idk on where you live like i said b4 but bottled water usualy says if it has flouride anyway in the nutrition lable.

Your daughter's teeth won't rot away just because she wasn't drinking fluoride water, your dentist was just using that as an excuse. I grew up drinking fresh mountain water (Northern Canada) which did not have any fluoride, and I have never even had a cavity and I'm going on 27. You get all the fluoride your teeth need from toothpaste.

The only water that I would trust to be fluoride free is Natural Spring Water or Mountain Spring Water. Look on the gallon jug for the Source for where it came from, I believe that companies are required to put the origin of the water they sell on the label. That is probably your best bet. I wouldn't want to choose water that is spring water without listing a source (possibly just tap water), purified water (clean tap water), drinking water (clean tap water), or distilled water (there is no telling, because it's just condensed steam). I have found that Ozarka brand natural spring water to be the best, I like the flavor, most of all I can Feel that there is no fluoride in it because my Pineal Gland is healing due to a lack of fluoride.   Also, I wouldn't use toothpaste that isn't fluoride free. Tom's brand toothpaste doesn't have any fluoride in it. Personally, I use baking soda to brush my teeth with. It took some getting used to but now I prefer it. Plus it's super cheap. Hope this sheds some light on the subject.
