FLAME MEDITATION.....USING SUN?

In this I have to concentrate on the imprint of the flame right?
When I do this after closing my eyes, the flame imprint tends to move toward the right side always,why is this so? and then I can no longer see it.I then again start from the center.This is not going right,is it?

can I use sun instead of flame? in the early morning?

Depending on the time of day. It shouldn't be too bad when the sun appears larger than normal such as early morning or very late afternoon, however do NOT under any circumstances do this during hot summers, high noons or other bright and hot sun times as this can cause cataracts, blindness, poor vision and facial sunburn.

In my experience, the flame meditation is a powerful one in which keeping the flame in the centre of your vision for just two minutes daily improved your concentration and focus immensely.

Don't use mannerisms like "USE" the Sun! The SUN is conscious like all other lifeforms and every other creation on the universe (almost every).So treat the Sun as the light giver , and not only as a force.

well you can use sun, but it have to be only when the sun isnt very powerful, i mean, like a few minutes after the sun arises.
If you do it daily, it makes you stronger, try searching "sungazing" on google
