I'm confused. I have no clue where to start after I dedicate myself. I know the site says a basic meditation program, but should I begin with the spiritual warfare program? Or should I begin somewhere else? I feel very strongly about doing this I just feel very lost on where to start..

I started with opening my chakras,and feeling the energy.And then a few weeks later started my Hatha program.Good idea to clean and spin your chakras everyday,as well as doing a protection meditation.Then as you are ready,add different meditations to your practice.
