finding it hard to cope

i have been recently trying to survive my every day life as a home less Zevist. but the is one problem, where i live they have a law designed oppress the homeless. i have been assaulted since from 2012 till now by the law enforcers. i tried even opening case based on my experience of assault.i have tried but nothing is been done. if there Zevists within durban south africa please help me out
