Finding & Destroying Negative Thoughtforms On Us

A few days ago, I was wondering why I felt like I was getting a cold or something. I was almost done my Sun square for continuous health, and I had started the Mars square for energy and vitality, so I was a bit confused (and insulted) that I might be getting ill.

I then cleaned my aura and chakras, and I noticed something with my astral vision. It was dark grey and black, somewhat in the shape of a jellyfish, on my aura in the back and touching my back heart and solar extension chakras.

I immediately began blasting it with Satanic fire energy and kept affirming that it was being destroyed. It seemed to disintegrate and vanish completely. After, I breathed in a lot of white-gold energy and affirmed that it was healing and repairing my aura, as it may have done some damage and I didn't want to take any chances.

The lesson here is to destroy them. Never ignore enemy thoughtforms that are attached to us! Destroy them! *Lydia starts swinging her astral sword around*

Wow. Thanks for posting. Now when I do my aura of protection using Algiz I will incorporate this into it. .
