Finding a Demon/ess

Greeting my brothers and sisters of Satan.

I am wanting to find the demon/ess that controls the weather. I've looked on the JoS site and found Lerajie. Would someone elaberate on this to see if I have found who I'm looking for. If not, could someone let me know who I need to find?
